Procedure For Making Claims Of Copyright Infringement
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to this Site’s designated agent. Choice of Law and Forum
These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. For all disputes arising out of or relating to our Sites or Terms, you submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Notice and Consent to Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our Sites. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be signed in writing.
No other Agreements
